Nicki's house was a wonderful place.
It was big, and a whole new place for the golden hamster to explore. But something was still missing: she didn't have a name. And every hamster needed a name.
At the time, Nicki had a game that she liked to play, called the Legend of Zelda. She was very good at it, and so she decided to name the golden hamster Zelda.
Zelda missed her friends at the petstore, and she missed her sister too, but she loved her new home and she didn't want to leave.
Then one day, one of Nicki's friends bought a hamster, too. Her name was Dee, and her hamster looked just like Zelda. When Dee came to visit Nicki, she brought her hamster with her, introducing her as Goldie, and so the two hamsters met. And that was when they discovered; they were sisters.

Design a christmas card and adress it to one of the characters.
Say a few words about them, and include either a holiday illustration or a drawing of the character you choose.
Contest ends on December 22, 2012 at 12:00pm.

Nibblicious Challenge 004
The first ever Nibbles Scavenger Hunt!!!
This challenge is a bit different than the others.
Here, there is a list of 5 items you must find for the scavenger hunt. I will be giving away three prizes instead of one; 50 nibblets for 3rd place, 100 nibblets for 2nd place, and a limited edition Glen's Chocolate Truffle for 1st place! Here are your instructions:
THE CHALLENGE: find these 5 items, then email me a photo of each one (or just show me, if you get the chance!)

Nibblers: Goldie has died.
Sometime last night, my very own hamster hit her finish. By how I found her, we can assume she died of old age, probably while sleeping. This will be my last hamster, so unless I find someone getting a pet I will possibly throw out my supplies.
In honor of both Goldie's and Zelda's death, I have created two memoirs, one in gold (for Goldie) and one in bronze (for Zelda). These will be placed in a 'peace garden' so that we will always remember the two loving sisters.
We will never forget them!!!
